Final thoughts

Look past everything wrong with “Jaguaro”, apes in South America, dancing head-hunting natives, presuming Brazilians speaking with a Spanish accent.   The Jaguaro is one of Scooby Doo’s most memorable monsters.  Without benefits of affluence, the gang’s only mystery is to survive and reach civilization.  Besieged by superstition and dangerous wildlife, even seemingly harmless parrots betray them.   Fred shows both his intelligence and cunning negotiating skills.  With spark plugs in-hand, he dictates the terms how Barney and Luis will escape the jungle.

How does Barney dress himself up to appear so large as the Jaguaro? Does he wear the Jaguaro statue after stealing it? How did he catch up to Fred and the girls in his motorboat so soon after chasing Shaggy and Scooby? How does he kidnap Jose?

How does Barney’s Jaguaro costume come off so easily after falling down a waterfall and not his mask along with it?

Could you not say that it really is Jaguaro FC?
