Final thoughts

“The Extermintor” gets high marks for set design and costume but failing grades for story and suspense.  What could have been a story about Hollywood characters and costumes come alive, we get one about sentient insects choked under poisonous clouds.  With no advanced technology or a single arrest, the episode finishes humorously yet dour.  We’ll never know if Lorne Chumley’s final film will see release but he will lose his home.
